How long will my order take?

We typically dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Where are orders shipped from?

Discerning Paws partners with international suppliers to bring you premium pet products. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from overseas, which is how we're able to offer quality products at great prices.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Occasionally, international shipping can be delayed due to customs processing or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us, and we'll investigate immediately.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at discerningpaws@outlook.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
